I went from spending 2+ hours in the gym practically killing myself and hitting that mid day slump to hitting it hard for 30-45 minutes per day and feeling incredible! I’ve noticed an increase in energy that is sustained throughout my day, a growth in my lean muscle mass as well as my waist slimming down significantly.
