Runner Brownies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
2/3 cup natural smooth almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup egg whites
1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder
1 scoop of protein powder of choice
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt


Directions:

Mix mashed bananas and almond butter together in a bowl with a hand mixer. Once smooth add in egg whites and vanilla extract. Add in all dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Bake in a 9x13 baking pan for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
