Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl add unsweetened chocolate, maple syrup & coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted, stirring in-between each interval. Once melted set aside to cool for 3ish minutes. In a large mixing bowl whisk eggs, vanilla and coconut sugar together until well combined. Add cooled melted chocolate to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth. In a small bowl sift all dry ingredients together. Add Dry ingredients to wet and whisk until a gooey batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes. I like to bake mine until the edges are set and the middle is still slightly gooey. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes or until the middle is set.

Notes:

*You can swap out the almond flour for gluten free flour of choice. However this may change the gooeyness/ consistency of the brownies.

**I like to use 1/3 cup of semi-sweet and 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips.
